The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Respond to system queries, perform troubleshooting, and conduct research to identify solutions to reported issues.
- Efficiently understand and resolve problems, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicate progress promptly.
- Perform assessments to determine the priority and urgency of issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Software Developers, QA Engineers, and the Operations team.
- Learn the operation of our products from the ground up.
- Evaluate issue trends and provide system stability reports to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and support team initiatives or projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but candidates without direct experience are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective troubleshooting skills, with the ability to understand system issues and develop action plans.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and campaign days when scheduled, off-in-lieu is provided.
