Production Support Engineer with Appdynamics,Splunk,Data Dog

You will be responsible for supporting production systems with a 16*5 support model, including being on call during weekends. Your main focus will be on utilizing Observability tools such as App Dynamics, Data Dog, and Splunk for triaging issues, monitoring, and creating dashboards.It is essential for you to have expertise in using ServiceNow (SNOW) to triage incidents effectively. As an observability specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing a comprehensive observability platform.Your tasks will involve using tools like AppDynamics, Splunk SignalFX, SiteScope, and ThousandEyes to monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and user experience. You will be expected to develop and execute observability strategies to enhance system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work together to identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance on best practices for observability and performance monitoring.,
