The role:

Our client is seeking an Engineer with a broad skillset to support various technologies within their stack. The role primarily involves supporting Front Office Trading Applications, ideally suited for candidates from similar environments.

You will collaborate closely with the development team to implement changes within the Change workflow, manage service delivery to production and research environments, and provide post-release support, including assisting brokers and traders during go-live scenarios and projects.

Requirements:

• Experience working in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of application architecture
• Scripting skills in Python or Shell
• Knowledge of Java (highly desirable)
• Understanding of relational databases and querying (SQL, Postgres, etc.)
• A proactive personality
