Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in Singapore seeks a proactive field/production support engineer to deliver post-sales services for Advantest ATE, enable ramp-up, resolve yield issues, and implement production solutions.

You will work with Account Managers, Service Sales and System Application teams to meet priorities and drive customer satisfaction, with occasional travel. Applicants should have 4–6 years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong C++, Java and scripting skills, and knowledge of Advantest V93000

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 4–6 years of working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing and test operations.
• Good knowledge of digital/mixed signal test methodologies.
• Proficient in C++, Java and scripting.
• Knowledge of Advantest V93000 software and debugging tools will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in factory automation and production solutions will be an added advantage.
• Some experience in project management and customer-facing support management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales service support for Advantest Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Support customers in resolving production correlation/low yield and program related issues.
• Ensure timely production ramp-up and manage the resolution of production issues.
• Provide technical feedback to the factory to drive product improvements.
• Identify opportunities for production solution business in collaboration with Service Sales team.
• Ensure service contract deliverables are met.
