We’re partnering with a global Asset Manager to hire a Production Support Engineer for their core technology team in Singapore.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing environment that blends Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles with traditional support. What You'll Do

• Support and enhance production systems for complex trading and investment platforms

• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in a 24/7 environment

• Collaborate with development teams on performance tuning, deployment, and root cause analysis

• Drive automation and continuous improvement across systems and operational workflows

What We're Looking For

• Background in production/application support with strong coding ability (Python, Java, SQL)

• Experience with current observability tools (Datadog, Splunk) and containerised cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes)

• Understanding databases, Linux/Windows internals, and system-level troubleshooting
