Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Diploma holder to coordinate weekly and monthly production and manpower schedules, ensuring on‑time output.

You will set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to support quality and process control, and write reports on rework, scrap, deviations, and new processes.

Additionally, you will define process flow structures, compile capacity and capability records, and drive work improvement programs to optimise operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and co-ordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedules.
• Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control.
• Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation, process validation, new process and change in process.
• Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records.
• Prepare and implement work improvement program.
• Any other tasks assigned by Superior.
