Job Scope

• Proficient in leading, overseeing, and inspiring a team comprising operators and handlers.

• Collaborate in the workforce planning and allocation within the department.

• Guarantee the successful execution of production process procedures.

• Foster streamlined and effective communication both within and between departments.

• Contribute to maintaining the seamless operation of the department during assigned shifts.

• Investigate and resolve quality issues arising from production processes.

• Instruct operators in production procedures to ensure their efficient and safe performance.

Requirement

• At least a Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, such as industrial management, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Production/ Manufacturing Supervisor from any industry is welcome to apply! Training will be provided

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively, with a track record of achieving production targets through team collaboration.
