Job description

Production Supervisor (Moulding)
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily injection moulding operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Manage manpower allocation and oversee multiple moulding lines for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure all products comply with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Handle mould changeovers, machine setups, and parameter adjustments.
• Troubleshoot process issues to reduce downtime and improve product consistency.
• Lead and train moulding technicians and operators on safety, procedures, and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance for routine checks and machine servicing.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Requirements:
