About the role – you will:
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety standards and quality standards are met.
Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.
Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialist fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance their skills, performance and high level of discipline.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
About you:
Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and detail oriented.
Ability to coach and develop team members.
Dependable and independent.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Your experience includes:
Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
Proven experience of a supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
Familiar with Microsoft office.
Experience working in cleanroom environment.
