We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic food production environment and is ready to take on a leadership role on the production floor. You’ll be part of a close-knit team and play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our ice cream manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Your day-to-day scope will include:

1. Supervising production crew and ensuring compliance with food quality, environment safety and cleanliness standards.
2. Producing ice cream and pastries according to specifications (scaling recipes, prep work, filling, baking, assembly, and packing).
3. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
4. Conducting basic equipment maintenance and calibration.
5. Supporting housekeeping duties and other production-related tasks as assigned.

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (food production experience preferred).
2. Strong team player with a good eye for detail and hygiene.
