Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a production team involved in machining and assembly to meet production schedules and customer needs.
  • Drive employee development through performance management, coaching, training, and talent acquisition in alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment by implementing 6S standards and overseeing machine optimization and capacity planning.
  • Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives, resolve issues with other cells, and ensure accurate ERP system updates (Syteline).
  • Oversee team morale, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews while addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in production operations within the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge with CNC machining and programming.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Lean manufacturing principles.

Salary: $3,000 to $6,000
