Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead Line Leaders and Operators at our Tuas facility, ensuring daily output and quality targets are met. The role involves planning 12-hour rotating shifts, training staff on procedures and equipment, and driving safety and GMP compliance.

You will monitor batching, packing, and downtime reduction, support maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding 5S standards and waste management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in food manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Able to lead Production Operators and Line Leaders.
• Basic knowledge of production machinery, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Line Leaders and Operators to meet daily production output and efficiency targets.
• Plan manpower and 12-hour rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Guide Line Leaders in training new staff on work procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalation of technical issues to reduce downtime.
• Ensure smooth operation of batching, dumping, and packing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, and quality requirements.
• Verify product sampling, in-process quality checks, production records, and Navision entries.
• Maintain good housekeeping, 5S standards, waste collection, and recycling activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus
