Qualifications

• Experience in chemical plant operation is an advantage.

Job description

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in a production facility. (Machining line and Chemical finishing section)

• Monitor workflow and lead the team of technicians ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are met.

• Assign tasks, provide training and conduct performance evaluations.

• Maintain production documentation and reports according to WI and SOP. (Form, Checklist, Work order, Job card, OTMS, MES, Measuring instruments, Gauging, Fixture)

• Enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with regulations.

• Maintain 5S and conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Raise Purchase Requisition to replenish stocks and manage/ follow up item received good/ system update.

• Any other adhoc task assigned from your superior/ Manager.

• Oversee and coordinate with maintenance teams ensuring machinery operates smoothly and managing measuring instruments.

• Maintain and conducting legal Test Analysis Required

Job Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Manufacturing industrial engineering, chemical engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Experience in the operation of a chemical plant will be an advantage

• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings.

• Good communication skills.
