About the role - you will:

1. Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety standards and quality standards are met.
2. Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.
3. Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S, to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
4. Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialists, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team skills, performance, and discipline.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

About you:

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and effective communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work permanent night shifts. Night shift allowance payable.

Your experience includes:

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
