Key Responsibilities & duties

• 1. Assist the Head of operations to manage the daily operations of the production department
• 2. Assist the Head of operations to arrange the work tasks of the Production supervisors and Assistant Production supervisors
• 3. Communicate and cooperate with other departments on behalf of the production department
• 4. Plan and prioritize operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays
• 5. Coordinate production work flow for one or multiple products
• 6. Determine manpower , equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• 7. Schedule shift according to production needs
• 8. Address issues when they arise aiming for discruption
• 9. Collaborate with quality control , warehouse , maintenance and other department
• 10. Establish , coordinate and monitor project plans to ensure objective and goals are meet
• 11. Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks , opportunities and solutions
• 12. Monitor progress , analyze results and adjust plans as needed
• 13. Provide guidance and support to the team members
• 14. Set up capacity and prepare daily production plan
• 15. Providing regular update to stake holders
• 16. Conducting detailed risk analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential delays and cost overruns
• 17. Handle projects that related to improve productivity , reduce wastages and spoilages
• 18. Developing Effective safe work practices and Standard Operating Procedure
• 19. Safety incident investigation and report
• 20. Execute NAV systems whenever needed
• 21. Perform 5S , and arrange monthly routine cleaning activities for lines and cookery
• 22. Provide fundamental operational technics and coaching to team members
• 23. Perform products quality checking on the lines
• 24. Assist on daily control of production output , material usages , rejects and issues analysis
• 25. Establish Standard Operation Procedures that requirement on line operations
• 26. Provide working instructions on daily basics works task
• 27. Facilitate effective interaction key team players , engage , and assist support team members in daily operations
• 28. Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production change
• 29. Handling production discruptions and productivity problems
• 30. Estimating the amount of materials , equipment and labour require for the process
• 31. Promptly informing the relevant departments of the changes to current production schedules
• 32. Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
• 33. Complete other tasks assigned by the Head of Operations .

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to wokr under pressure to meet deadline
• Experienced in leading a team and able to work under stress
