Company Overview:

• Basic Salary up to $4000 + Performance Bonus (twice a year)
• Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm
• Kaki Bukit Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily rubber molding operations across multiple work centers.
• Execute machine setup procedures, ensuring correct mold configurations in line with BOM and work instructions.
• Monitor and maintain production KPIs, including cycle time, downtime, mold changeover efficiency, and yield.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards through regular checks on product specifications and tolerances.
• Develop, assess, and refine molding and peeling processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Oversee production routing and perform accurate production costing.
• Strategically plan production orders to optimize workflows, machine utilization, and overall productivit

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as IHRP-CP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.
