Key Responsibilities:

Production & Operational Leadership:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor workflow, machine performance, and process efficiency to meet production targets.
• Lead and train production staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Enforce workplace safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase output.
• Standardize operating procedures to improve consistency and reliability in production.
• Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to enhance productivity.

Investigation & Problem-Solving:

• Conduct in-depth investigations into production delays and quality issues.
• Gather and analyze production data to identify root causes of recurring issues.
• Implement corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Document investigation findings and generate detailed reports outlining:
• Nature of the issue
• Possible causes
• Steps taken during investigation
• Recommended solutions and preventive actions

Reporting & Communication:

• Provide regular updates to management on production performance and operational improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between production teams and senior management to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation of process changes, implemented solutions, and production reports for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve operational issues.
• Experience in conducting investigations, generating reports, and implementing solutions.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to guide and train staff.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization tools is a plus.
