Job Summary:
  • Available to work: Monday to Saturday, Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: $3,500 - $5,000 per month

The Production Supervisor oversees the production processes, storage, and distribution of food items, ensuring efficient and safe operations within the warehouse. This involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire process of production, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily production operations to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Lead the production team to achieve targets and maintain product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Plan production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and manage stock requirements.
  • Oversee cold room operations, including receiving, storage, and delivery.
  • Implement FIFO systems and manage expiry dates to minimize waste.
  • Manage production flow to meet daily output targets.
  • Prepare production reports for management.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery is carried out timely.
  • Optimize delivery routes, assign vehicles and drivers, and manage schedules.
  • Conduct stock audits and manage cold storage.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and prepare for audits and certifications.
  • Implement proper handling and storage procedures to maintain product quality.
Job Requirements:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in F&B production.
  • Familiarity with cold storage and food industry regulations (ISO, HACCP).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
