Job description

Production Supervisor

Salary range: $2200 - $2800, no OT required

Position level: Junior Executive

Job Description:

1. Able to lead, train, and coach team members.
2. Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule.
3. Willing to learn and participate in the entire production process from start to finish.
4. Cleaning and troubleshooting production machines.
5. Responsible for the entire manufacturing process from purchase, withdrawal, issue, until handover to warehouse.
6. Create, maintain, and update the SAP system.
7. Update, record, and maintain ISO documentation.
8. Responsible for internal and external audit processes and documentation.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure production runs according to schedule.
10. Perform any other tasks or assignments given by superiors or management.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields is advantageous.
2. At least 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
3. Independent thinker with integrity, able to act and decide objectively.
4. Willing to learn new skills and hands-on approach.
5. Excellent communication skills for training, coaching, and client interactions.
6. Computer literate.

Additional Information:

4. Working days: 5.5 days/week.
5. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm.
