• Ensure that the production is carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

• Responsible for distribution of jobs to Production Team and ensure that work progress according to job schedule.

• Troubleshoot production quality issues to ensure product output meet customer’s requirement.

• Recommend corrective action into production process to correct quality issues.

• Regularly conduct checks to ensure that Production Team complies with safety rules and the proper use of PPE • Continuously review and improve the production & warehouse area housekeeping, ensuring that it is always, well-maintained, organized and clean

• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in Production area

• Lead improvement projects and housekeeping.

• Handle any disciplines or grievances issues from workers.

• Assist in preparing and conducting on job training for new operators.

• Manage operators’ performance and retention.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Diploma in Engineering equivalent.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
