Qualifications

Production Stores & Inventory Supervisor (Woodlands)

5.5-day week

Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00, Sat 8:00–13:30

Salary: $2,700–$3,500


Looking for a hands-on, organised Stores Supervisor to keep our production and site teams running smoothly. If you enjoy clean systems, tidy shelves, and knowing exactly where every tool is.


Daily store operations (Building materials)

  • Run the day-to-day store that supports production and installation teams
  • Receive, label, store and issue tools, materials and consumables on time
  • Keep everything neat, well‑labelled and easy to find
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards

Issuance & tracking

  • Track movement of fast-moving items (adhesives, blades, sealants, etc.)
  • Maintain manual/digital logs of items issued to staff or jobs
  • Monitor returns of reusable tools and equipment

System setup & improvement

  • Help set up a simple, reliable inventory tracking system (Excel/manual/software)
  • Suggest layout, labelling and process improvements
  • Propose min/max levels for key consumables

Stock monitoring & replenishment

  • Conduct periodic stock counts and flag low-stock items
  • Raise purchase requests in advance
  • Work with Procurement/Purchasing to restock on time

Tool care & reporting

  • Check and report damaged or missing tools
  • Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent loss or misuse
  • Log high‑value tools checked out to individuals/teams
What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years in a store/stockroom role (construction, fabrication or manufacturing preferred)
  • Bonus if you know tools/materials used in stone or worktop fabrication
  • Independent, responsible and comfortable with manual handling (within safe limits)
  • Solid Excel skills / confident with simple inventory logs
  • Organised, trustworthy, detail‑oriented

Nice to have

  • Experience setting up or improving manual stock control systems
  • Familiarity with adhesives, abrasives, blades and related fabrication/installation materials
  • Forklift licence or experience with store equipment
