Job summary

Mass Power Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Production Planner/Coordinator to oversee daily operations and execute the production plan in our Singapore facility.

You will plan and schedule work aligned with orders, drawings, material availability and committed delivery dates while coordinating manpower, machinery and subcontractors for a smooth workflow. You will liaise with Sales, Design and QA to clarify requirements and provide IPQC guidance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of coordination or leadership experience in production planning or manufacturing ops, preferably in switchboard/electrical panels.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications; communicate across departments and with subcontractors.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, safety, continuous improvement and QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Production Department operations and execute the production plan.
• Plan and schedule production work per customer orders, drawings, material availability and delivery dates.
• Monitor production progress, identify delays, coordinate recovery actions and minimize risks.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials and subcontracted work for smooth workflow.
• Plan material requirements, stock availability and timely material arrival for jobs.
• Ensure switchboards and related products are complete and ready before delivery.
• Liaise with Sales, Design and QA to clarify drawings and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on IPQC, assembly methods and work standards.
• Drive productivity, cost control and continuous improvement; maintain production records.
