Production Planning Executive - Aerospace | Global MNC

About the Role

Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing production schedules, coordinating closely with materials planning and operations teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels

• Coordinate closely with material planners to ensure availability of components for production

• Prioritize production jobs and manage shop-floor planning to meet delivery targets

• Communicate production updates and delays to internal stakeholders and customers

• Monitor inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to support efficient planning

• Adjust schedules based on order changes and production capacity

• Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and provide advance notice of any delays

• Work cross-functionally to resolve any planning or shipment-related issues

Requirements

• Min Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

• Min 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination

• Strong knowledge of production processes and inventory control

• Good interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external coordination

• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
