Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an Order Coordinator to oversee order demands and facilitate communication between customer support and production. Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business Management required.
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning/manufacturing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in production planning systems and IT knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage order demands and coordinate with CS & the plant.
- Respond to CS emails regarding sales order issues.
- Compile weekly OTD lateness reason reports.

Job Description:
- To manage the order demands and act as a coordinator between the CS & the plant pertaining to all issues with regards to the orders
- To respond to all CS emails on all issues pertaining to the sale order (Pull-in/push-out/cancelation/recommit/shipping info/close short/RMA issue)
- Follow up on outstanding shipment issue with Plant PC/CS/OFT.
- Update & feedback the daily schedule for some specific past due orders
- Request for close short on behalf of the plant
- Liaise with material planner for material availability
- Liaise with FEE for new tool & dupe
- Liaise with CS & FEE on ECN change implementation
- Liaise with Plant PC & supervisors to expedite for shipment delinquency
- Compile weekly OTD lateness reason report
- To commit new ship date for new part upon completion of engineering study and material availability
- Attend to ac-hoc meeting pertaining to order shipment issue.
- Monitor & gate the forecast loading from CS
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Engineering/Business Management
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning/manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Proficient with production planning systems, such as MRP
- IT knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Oracle will be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
