About the Role:
As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production schedules and effective material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize advanced ERP planning tools, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Salary: $3,000 - $4,200 Monthly Basic

What You'll Be Doing:
Plan Material Requirements: Develop material plans aligned with production schedules to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Monitor & Adjust Schedules: Oversee production timelines and adjust plans to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate Operations: Work closely with the Testing team and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and align schedules.
Utilize ERP Systems: Use advanced ERP tools to track inventory, forecast material requirements, and optimize production flow.
Drive Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance production planning and reduce lead times.
What They're Looking For:
Education: Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, particularly in production planning.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Proficiency with ERP systems for effective planning and coordination.
Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams, buyers, and subcontractors.
Demonstrated teamwork with strong supervisory and interpersonal abilities.
