About the Role:

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production schedules and effective material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize advanced ERP planning tools, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan Material Requirements: Develop material plans aligned with production schedules to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor & Adjust Schedules: Oversee production timelines and adjust plans to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate Operations: Work closely with the Testing team and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and align schedules.
• Utilize ERP Systems: Use advanced ERP tools to track inventory, forecast material requirements, and optimize production flow.
• Drive Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance production planning and reduce lead times.

• Education: Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, particularly in production planning.
