What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan Material Requirements: Develop material plans based on production schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor & Adjust Schedules: Oversee production timelines and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate Operations: Collaborate with the Testing team and production staff to align work schedules for smooth operations.
- Utilize ERP Systems: Leverage advanced ERP systems to track inventory, forecast material needs, and optimize production flow.
- Drive Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production planning processes and reduce lead times.
What They're Looking For:
- Education: Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the electronics manufacturing industry with a focus on production planning.
