The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in semiconductor process control, yield management, and metrology. The company provides advanced inspection, metrology, and data analytics solutions to optimize semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, ensuring higher yield, reliability, and performance.

As a Production Planner, you will coordinate production schedules, manage materials, and ensure timely delivery. Ideal for planners with SAP & supply chain experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Work location: Serangoon
  • Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, 2 to 3 days work from home.
  • Salary: up to $6,000 + 1 month Completion Bonus

The Job:

  • Plan and coordinate production schedules, release work orders, and ensure timely shipment in line with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and the master scheduler to meet production timelines and material availability.
  • Monitor and expedite material shortages, support spare parts planning and ensure on-time delivery to distribution centres.
  • Execute and review Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) promptly to avoid production disruption.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory, optimize safety stock levels, and support quarterly reviews with inventory analysts.
  • Support process improvements by maintaining and enhancing planning procedures, key metrics, and system-related planning logic (MRP/work orders).


The Talent:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in a low-volume, high-mix environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Macros), Word, Outlook, and SAP systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Sound understanding of supply chain principles, materials flow, and experience in continuous process improvement.
