Job Responsibilities

1. To systemize and automate

a) SIN planning (Phase 1)

• ISP monthly planning
• Weekly commit planning
• Daily lot start, WIP flow, output projection
• Material planning

b) End to End OSK, SIN, MXL (Phase 2)

2. Deliverable

• Eliminate excel and manual work in SIN planning. Free up planners’ time for higher value line control and efficiency improvement
• Integrate OSK, SIN, MXL planning

Job Requirements

• Bachelors’ or a Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering / Business Management or similar from a recognized institution
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written).
• Ability to gather relevant information systematically, seek input from others, use accurate logic in problem analysis, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to see the big picture and plan strategically to take the organization to the next level.
• Manufacturing/Production Control environment and a well understanding of the supply chain.

Following Requirements are a plus:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with advance planning systems.
• PowerBI
