Production Planner

We are looking for a Senior Planner who plays a key role in ensuring smooth manufacture operations in production scheduling, order fulfilment, and inventory management to maximize productivity and yield.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall production planning, coordination, scheduling, and dispatching for the manufacturing of moulds, SFG, and FG.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams to maximize productivity and yield.
• Analyze trends and data to anticipate future challenges and proactively make adjustments to avoid delays.
• Oversee SFG replenishment based on the reorder point policy for each product type, selecting the optimum lot size to minimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.
• Participate in the company’s digital transformation journey toimplement production planning and scheduling software and automate processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in production planning and scheduling, in high volume mass production environment.
• Well-versed in production planning using Excel.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and solving problems.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 is and added advantage.
