Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in expediting and prioritizing work orders.
• Coordinate and manage daily production schedule meetings.
• Assists in issuing and tracking production order.
• Ensure required materials are supplied to the production floor according to the schedule.
• Interface with manufacturing and purchasing personnel regarding material status and production planning issues.
• Work with production personnel to ensure orders are processed and completed on time.
• Prepare schedules for all production equipment.
• Prepare daily Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
• Handle projects with tight deadlines.
• Ad-hoc duties, perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min ITE/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, any Engineering Disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Precision Engineering, etc.) or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Possess good knowledge in MS Office and ERP system.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
