Job description

Overview

Manage the process to be effective and efficient in capacity & production planning and support Crocs to continuously expand the business scope in new sourcing countries with new tool implementation and delivery of the best lead time supply.

What You'll Do

1. Interface with Global Capacity Planning team and Factory Planning for short, mid, and long-term plans.
2. Manage and communicate supplier forecasts to factories.
3. Monitor factory capacity loading status and provide action plans (prebuild proposals) to achieve KPI targets such as capacity fill rate; identify risks of supply delays related to capacity issues.
4. Collaborate with PEM team for NPI development and commercialization schedules to ensure factory delivery meets launch timelines, including Speed to Market projects.
5. Coordinate with Global Merchandising, PDM, PEM, Supply Planning, and factories for on-time PO placement and buy confirmation to meet launch schedules.
6. Assist in vendor allocation for each buy cycle and purchase requisitions.
7. Supervise KPI achievement by monitoring planner performance on capacity fill rate, buy confirmation, and on-time shipments; analyze key drivers and proactively address risks.
8. Drive department process optimization to improve team efficiency and development.
9. Lead new projection rolling processes, identifying risks and opportunities, engaging in UAT stages, and ensuring smooth rollout.
10. Participate in planning audits and discussions with factories to improve planning processes.
11. Conduct systematic training for new planners and vendors using updated visual PowerPoint slides.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Over 3 years of experience in production planning (SC planning), preferably in the shoe industry.
3. Strong learning ability, communication, collaboration, data analysis, and understanding of supply chain management; good team-building skills.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written).
5. Proficient in Excel analysis, PowerPoint, presentation skills, and PowerBI (preferred).
6. Willing to support business travel outside Singapore to countries in Asia or the US.
