About the role

We are seeking a talented Production Planner to join the dynamic team at Haoyang Technology Pte. Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Tampines East Region and will be responsible for developing and optimising production plans to meet the company's manufacturing targets.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans to ensure efficient utilisation of resources and on-time delivery of products
• Monitor production progress and make adjustments to plans as needed to address any bottlenecks or changes in demand
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to identify and resolve production issues
• Analyse production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
• Support the implementation of new production technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on planning and scheduling best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
