Responsibilities

• Develop daily/weekly production schedules for CNC machining/assembly lines.
• Optimize machine utilization by balancing work orders vs. capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement on raw material availability.
• Track OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance and generate production efficiency reports.

We are looking for Technician / Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineer. Title will be offer based on relevant experience or education.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling & Optimization
  • Develop daily/weekly production schedules for CNC machining/assembly lines
  • Optimize machine utilization by balancing work orders vs. capacity
  • Manage rush orders and production disruptions
• Material & Inventory Control
  • Coordinate with procurement on raw material availability (metals, tooling)
  • Monitor WIP levels to prevent bottlenecks
  • Implement kanban systems for high-usage components
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Liaise with Engineering for BOM/routing changes
  • Liaise with QA for hold/rework orders
  • Liaise with Logistics for shipment schedules
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance
  • Generate production efficiency reports (utilization, downtime)
  • Maintain ERP planning modules (e.g., SAP PP, Epicor)
• Continuous Improvement
  • Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) meetings
  • Reduce lead times through process mapping
