base entertainment marina bay sub pte. ltd. is seeking a versatile Production Coordinator to oversee pre-show planning, on-site execution, and post-show handovers.

The role requires coordinating transport, logistics, and procurement to support production schedules. The ideal candidate will monitor inventory levels, manage visa submissions, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while liaising with Finance on invoicing and payments.

• Coordinating pre-show planning, onsite execution and post-show handover.
• Coordinate transport and logistics arrangements to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of production materials and supplies.
• Coordinate procurement of production-related resources and equipment.
• Process crew payments and liaise with Finance on invoice submission.
• Manage visa submissions and related production documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, theatre safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal team to resolve operational issues and support production needs.
• Required to be on standby during show periods and remain on-site until show completion, on a rotational basis with the team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.
