Job description

• Basic salary up to $3,000/month

• Cleanroom experience (Must)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform wafer and die-level testing, including die sorting
• Operate probe stations for semiconductor testing
• Conduct IC inspection and analyze test data
• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated equipment
• Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures
• Support engineers in troubleshooting and system improvement
• Document testing procedures and results accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and order by adhering to 6S and cleanroom standards

Requirements

• Prior cleanroom experience is required
• Knowledge of wafers and integrated circuits (ICs) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a controlled environment
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a fabrication (Fab) environment
• Strong hands-on skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude
