Job summary

Schutz Singapore Pte. Ltd is seeking a production operator to support daily manufacturing activities at our Singapore site. You will follow the production schedule, record data, and label finished goods while maintaining high quality and compliance with safety procedures.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail and physical fitness to stand for long hours. Overtime and shift work may be required as part of production demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Levels qualification.
• Good teamwork and a positive work attitude.
• Responsible and attentive to detail.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Must be right-handed.
• Physically fit to stand long hours.
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out activities based on daily production schedule as assigned by production supervisor.
• Recording of production data into record sheets and label finished goods.
• Inspect product quality during production process and report any abnormalities.
• Maintain good housekeeping of production floor.
• Work closely with team members and Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and meet quality and production targets within required timelines.
• Work in accordance with company safety, health and environment procedure.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
