Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD, Singapore, is seeking a diligent production operator to carry out daily manufacturing tasks in line with SOPs. You will handle material receipt, staging, dispensing, sampling, milling, and packing, while keeping records as required.

The role requires lifting, shifting, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts with strict adherence to safety procedures and SOPs, plus reliable teamwork during shift handovers and ongoing housekeeping to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Be capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, moving, and transferring materials and chemicals safely.
• Willing to work 12 hours shifts.
• Able to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities in line with SOPs, including receiving raw and intermediate materials.
• Handle material staging and movement, dispensing, sampling, and milling operations.
• Conduct filter inspection and material charging; assist with offloading and drum packing.
• Maintain clean work areas and housekeeping to support quality and safety.
• Communicate clearly during shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations.
