Job description

Key Information:

  • Working Location: Tuas (walking distance from MRT)

  • 5 day – Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm), no shift work.

  • Basic (up to 2.2K) + Fixed Allowance + OT Pay (when require working OT) + AWS + Bonus

  • Candidates without relevant experience may apply. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret shop drawings and wiring diagrams accurately.

  • Review Bills of Materials to identify required components and determine assembly sequences for electromechanical units.

  • Perform electrical connections according to specifications.

  • Assemble and secure parts, subassemblies, and assemblies using hand and power tools.

  • Modify components by drilling, tapping, countersinking, and utilizing machine tools, power tools, and pneumatic hand tools.

  • Ensure proper positioning, alignment, and adjustment of parts for optimal fit and assembly.

  • Measure components using tape measures and precision instruments like micrometers and calipers to verify tolerances.

  • Apply labels and mark identifying information on assembled parts.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N Level, O Level, NITEC, or an equivalent qualification.

  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of technical/engineering concepts or assembly work is an advantage.

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.

  • Able to lift and carry 10–15kg.
