We're Hiring: Production Operator!

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production operations.

What You'll Do

1. Shifts & Work Schedule:

• Monthly Rotation Shift: Day shift (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM) one month, night shift (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM) the next month
• Work only 4 days a week
• Optional OT for extra days
• Breaks Included: 30-minute meal break
• 2 Tea Breaks: 15-minute each (paid as OT, equivalent to 30 minutes paid OT for each work day)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor battery production machines efficiently.
• Physically fit as need to lift 10-15 kg loads.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Load raw materials and keep production running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate major faults.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
