Job summary

JK RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing activities, help meet output targets, and maintain quality standards while keeping equipment and work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities include reporting faults, coordinating with the team, lifting up to 22 kg as required, and working overtime when production demands arise; prior manufacturing experience and basic education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: PSLE, lower secondary, N Level, or ITE certificate.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and handle materials weighing up to 22kg.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to achieve target output and maintain quality standards.
• Report machine breakdowns or suspected faults promptly to the Production Supervisor for corrective action.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of machines and surrounding work areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Monitor product quality during production and notify the Production Supervisor of any defects detected.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain an organized and safe workspace.
• Lift and move materials weighing 15kg to 22kg on an ad hoc basis to support production needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and support team goals.
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
