About the role

This is a full-time Production Operator role at Ban Chu Leong Technologies Pte Ltd, located in the Loyang East region. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing operations of our company, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

What you'll be doing

Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to established procedures and quality standards

Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure optimal performance

Carefully inspecting finished products to identify and address any quality issues

Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on key metrics

Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a production operator or in a similar manufacturing role

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
