What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor various production equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient manufacturing of our products
• Follow established safety protocols and work flows to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the Assembly & Process Work industry
• Good technical understanding and aptitude for operating production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
