Job summary

SKtes in Singapore seeks a Production Operator to support battery recycling and production activities in our recycling plant. You will operate and monitor equipment, handle materials and finished products, and perform basic maintenance to keep plant operations safe and efficient.

You will also contribute to housekeeping (5S), support continuous improvement initiatives, and comply with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education.
• WSQ Forklift Operator Certificate (Singapore).
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and equipment operating procedures.
• Able to perform manual handling in a plant/manufacturing environment.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and recycling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform battery pre-processing, recycling preparation, and material handling activities.
• Handle product collection, packaging, and transfer of production materials.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, start-up, shutdown, flushing, and changeover activities.
• Carry out basic maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Adhere to all company safety, environmental, quality, and security requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Production Supervisor.
