Job summary

A leading printing company in Singapore is seeking an Operator to manage data generation and printing processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, possess basic computer skills, and have the ability to support various shift rotations. Responsibilities include operating printing machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing working environment.
• Physically fit, able to carry heavy loads between 10kg to 20kg.
• Candidate with years of experience in Printing/ Data Printing can be considered for roles like Senior Operator.

Responsibilities

• Generate data from server and ensure printing requirements are met.
• Operate printing and enveloping machine.
• Perform quality checks on printed documents.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Generate data from server, identify printing requirements and send data for printing
• Operate printing and/ or enveloping machine to print and/ or pack the printed documents
• Ensure data are print in accordance with the job order instructions and requirements
• Handle and/ or pack the printed documents in accordance with the job order requirement
• Perform quality checks on the printed and/ or packed documents
• Identify and sort defect documents/ products in proper manner
• Ensure the printed/ packed documents are ready for delivery
• Comply with the Company’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirement, guidelines, and relevant
  codes of practices
• Involve in daily 5s activities in workplace
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing working environment
• Candidate with years of working experience in Printing/ Data Printing environment can be consider for
  Senior Operator/ Supervisor
• Basic computer skill, able to read and understand simple English
• Physically fit, able to carry heavy loads between 10kg to 20kg
• Good attitude, willing to learn and able to follow instructions
• Able to support when operation rotating shift required (Day, afternoon or night shift)
