Job summary
A renowned semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking operators for final testing of semiconductor products. The role involves conducting quality checks, maintaining records, and working in a cleanroom environment. Qualifications
- Experience in Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry.
- 1 to 2 years of related working experience preferred.
- Able to perform 8 or 12 hours rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and quality checks of semiconductor products.
- Collect finished products and separate good chips from rejects.
- Complete necessary documentation and checklists for outgoing materials.
Skills
Basic English language skills
Responsibilities:
- Before testing the lots, operator request technician / Sr. Operator (Test) to countercheck the diagnostic to run the program.
- Brings the Pass chip trays to the work bench for quantity check on each tray.
- Collect the finished products separate the good chips and reject chips.
- Complete the Error Code Collection Form at Low Yield.
- Complete the Outgoing Inspection Checklist.
- Count the materials QTY.
- Double check inputted information.
- Enter information on the corresponding fields using barcode scanner.
- Inspect the outgoing materials for production.
- Label the Reject/VISL chips and write down the number of bad chips.
- Materials pack out. (Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label)
- Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label when necessary.
- Prepare and fill in the traveller.
- Prepare and print out label.
- Prepare the chips for OOBA.
- Put tray and material on Handler.
- Test operator clips a GREEN clip on each tray of passed chips and a RED clip on each tray of reject chips.
- Verify the traveller information with the materials.
- Handle other Backend Equipment/Tools to support Production.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.
Requirements:
- Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry
- Willing to work in Cleanroom environment
- Basic English language skills (Able to read and write)
- 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. Tester & Handlers)
- Able to perform a 8 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), or
- Able to perform a 12 hours rotating shifts(Both day & night shift), when business needs.
