Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The role involves assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging electronic components or devices, ensuring high-quality standards and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing of electronic components or products

• Assemble electronic parts according to technical instructions, diagrams, or blueprints

• Perform soldering of small electronic components (through-hole or surface mount)

• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality

• Record production data and complete relevant documentation accurately

• Report any equipment malfunctions, defects, or quality issues

• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation

• Assist in line changeover and basic machine setup if required

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

• NITEC / Secondary education (technical or electronics-related field preferred)

• Basic knowledge of electronics components and circuit boards

• Able to read and understand work instructions and production drawings

• Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and steady hands for delicate tasks

• Experience in soldering or operating SMT/PCB assembly equipment is a plus

• Able to work shifts or overtime when required

• Must be able to stand for extended periods

• Team player with a good attitude
