Now Hiring: Production Operations Specialist (Cleanroom Machinery) – Tuas | Up to $3,300

Looking for a stable, long-term career with consistent hours and real growth opportunities? We’re expanding our team and need reliable, hands-on individuals to help keep our high-tech production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor cleanroom production machinery
• Perform quick visual quality checks to ensure standards
• Load materials and parts (up to 12kg) with care
• Keep your work area tidy, safe, and efficient
• Spot small problems early and alert the team
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols closely

Work Schedule:

• Fixed monthly rotating shifts (easy to plan ahead):
  • Day: 7:30AM – 7:30PM
  • Night: 7:30PM – 7:30AM
• You only work 15 days/month (4-day work weeks)
• 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch daily
• Optional overtime available

What You’ll Get:

• Gross Monthly Pay: $2,700–$3,300 (incl. OT + shift allowance)
• Daily Shift Allowance:
  • Day shift: up to $15
  • Night shift: up to $25
• Bonuses:
