Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to support production operations, improve processes, and ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

The role covers production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and close collaboration with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Sales, customers, and vendors, with experience in manufacturing and SAP/ERP knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or process environment preferred.
• Knowledge of production planning and workflow coordination.
• Familiar with SAP or ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Sales, customers, and vendors.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and coordinate operational activities across departments.
• Support costing preparation, product cost updates, and OEM customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate SAP transactions, production records, and operational reports.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing activities.
• Manage waste handling, storage, disposal, and related documentation according to regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external contractors, waste collectors, and relevant authorities when required.
• Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and reports.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management
