Production Manager (Must be from Bakery) - West/5.5 days/Up to $8000 + VB

Responsibilities:

1. Lead weekly alignment meetings with management and sales teams to review sales forecasts, adjust production schedules, and recommend enhancements to the product portfolio.

2. Drive production efficiency through automation initiatives, the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous evaluation of labor productivity to streamline operations.

3. Strengthen workforce capability by implementing structured training programs, conducting monthly performance appraisals, and introducing job rotations to build flexibility and multi-skilled teams.

4. Ensure product quality and compliance by establishing robust quality control systems, adhering to HACCP standards, and introducing waste reduction initiatives to maintain consistency and safety.

5. Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels, reducing material wastage, and leveraging IT tools for accurate and efficient tracking.

6. Develop strategic growth initiatives such as obtaining nutrition certifications, planning facility expansions, and preparing for export readiness to support long-term scalability.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma

2. Must be from Bakery industry

3. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
