Job description

My Client is a MNC Food Manufacturing looking for Production Manager. They are providing benefits as below:

Job Detail:

• Basic Salary: $6000 - $7000

• 5.5 Working Day: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Saturday 8.30 am to 12.30 pm

• Location: Pandan Loop

Responsibilities:

• Using ISO22000

• Manage non-compliance quality cases

• Lead, manage and motivate the team of production workers to meet the daily production operations.

• Constantly seek new ways to improve the production efficiency and cost effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene policies and procedures for the high volume production operations.

• Work closely with R&D Chef to develop new products or improve existing products for increased sales

• Monitor overall production output levels, manage inventory robustly, track stock levels and conduct regular stocktaking

• Ensure workplace safety compliance in the production areas

• Conduct daily briefing to production workers at the beginning of the work day such as communication about production targets, quality and safety aspects etc

• Ensure an adequate supply of ingredients for food preparation

• Work closely with management in strategic planning to improve business operations

• Oversee the hiring and training of food production personnel and ensure all personnel are well trained

• Plan and organize production schedules, minimize downtime and maximize efficiency of production equipment and machinery, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets the company’s objectives
